Leaf Series by Christopher Georgesco

 We love these modern contemporary sculptures by Christopher Georgesco.

Created between 2002 and 2009, the "Leaf Series" is Georgesco's most colourful series, though we think his "Prismatic Centrifuges" are worth a look too (see below)!

Christopher Georgesco was born in Lincoln, Nebraska and gained fame in Venice, California in 1968 when his first solo show was deemed an overnight success by William Wilson, critic for the Los Angeles Times.

Now in his 60's, his recent work "Rectangular Revisions" in Stainless Steel has just exhibited at the Michael H.Lord Gallery in Palm Springs. http://www.michaelhlordgallery.com/
